This facility needs to hirer professional telephone operators, because you have to wait soooo looong to get through and when someone finally answers they put you on hold again, and if you dare to voice your disgust they hang up on you saying ur being rude to them.
One of the worst clinics I have ever been to. they make you wait hours too see a doctor. even longer to get tests and bloodwork done. they leave you on hold for more than a half hour to then get hung up on
Calling to reschedule an appointment was a fail they kept putting me on hold and I was caller #1 .. they need to get better phone service
