I don't recommend anyone to go to this doctor at all they only care about making money and don't care about our children's health care
When I got to the office the doctor started laughing about my son's height. I was so sad because my son is short for his age. And this horrible Dr started making jokes about it. Also I spent almost 40 minutes hearing this person talking about trump and ignorant spanish are since we don't know about politics. I hate it tge fact that he generalize spanish people. Nasty and horrible person

Las Asistentes del doctor ..Deverian de mejorar el servio oh cambiar el personal las acistentes no saben hacer bien su trabajo son mal educadas cuando uno llama ..y la otra parte uno tiene asignado el doctor ramon ferrand y dicen ud no tiene este doctor llame al seguro y uno llama al seguro y sale Q si tiene al doctor ramon ferrand ellas se equibocan mucho muy mal trabajo
Can't belive that this doctor stills pretending to take care of our children... try to make an appointment for my daughter for over a month they said that they don't have any appointments available everytime I call and on top of that when I told the receptionist that I might switch doctor she told me that they don't care because they have over 2,000 patients and it doesn't matter to them
Terrible service changing doctors very bad experiance with the doctors,very long waits,deff wouldnt not recommend,dont feel confident with my child health at this place
Beware ! This doctor has memory issues and does not know how to handle patients . One he does not have patience for children . 2. His medical advice was questioned three times . I knew there was something wrong when the emergency doctor wanted his name and said he can't believe he referred my child to the emergency room. Next visit he referred my daughter to a neurologist and psychiatrist .... Neither handle toddlers . Also the child care council questioned why he never addressed my child's speech delay, they even asked me to consider a different doctor and so did my insurance !!!!!.:.......Lastly , his nurses are beyond rude and miserable . I do not need to take off of work to deal with rudeness. They're beyond rough with children , my daughters shots caused major bruises, they are not qualified nurses . They make you make an appointment for every little non sense , it's ridiculous . When I asked for my medical records the nurse had the nerve to tell me she couldn't give me my daughters medical records !!!!!!!!Making a serious report against this unprofessional office .
