This gym is a rip off! Small and unsafe.
I can't describe my experience, because I have not joined yet. I met with a staff member and she seemed friendly.
My question is do they have a personal trainer, who will give you a diet and exercise plan?
Do you have to sign a contract or can you attend upon payment per month?
very good gym to workout at. prices are great , the staff are always nice and they always greet me with a smile.will recommend to my friends.

How much is the monthly membership?
Nice Gym..Friendly Employees..Great Value..only gripe is 90% of gym users never clean up after themselves.
