My diamond was laser engraved with a serial number on the crown so it was in good order when I received my item back.
AWFUL!! I WENT INTO TO REPAIR A BENT PRONG AND THEY STOLE MY REAL DIAMOND OUT OF MY ENGAGEMENT RING & PUT IN A FAKE ONE! ABSOLUTE THIEVES!!!
I suspect this establishment works with local home burglars based on a few observations I'm not going to type out on here. Leave your address on their forms at your own discretion :)
